All Azaki Organics products are hand curated to order in small batches for optimum freshness, therefore all orders require 3 to 10 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping.

Due to Covid-19 Protocols, please allow additional order processing and shipping times.

An order tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been processed.

We currently offer worldwide shipping

Shipping prices vary depending on the size of your order. Shipping options are reviewed and chosen at checkout.

Please ensure you input the correct address as there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is placed. All shipping is fulfilled by Chit Chats.

You can  track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail. We are not liable if any packages are lost or stolen. If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your carrier to file a claim.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Chit Chats to the local carrier in your country or transportation delays once the package has exited Canada.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Due to Covid-19 Protocols, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order please send order details, within 10 days of receipt to support@azakiorganics.com
